By using the Naqra Jobs app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Accounts

When you create an account or enter data, you are responsible for its accuracy, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for any activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app's systems.
  • Post misleading, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Harvest other users' data by automated or unauthorized means.

4. Jobs & Third-Party Content

The app displays jobs and ads gathered from external sources or provided by advertisers. We provide a listing and referral platform only, do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any job, and are not a party to any dealing between you and an employer. Always verify offers before acting on them.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

  • The app offers "Naqra Pro" via subscriptions (monthly/yearly) or a one-time (lifetime) purchase that remove ads and add features.
  • Billing is handled by your Apple App Store or Google Play account and is subject to the store's terms.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal and cancellation are managed in your store account settings.
  • We do not control refunds; these are subject to the relevant store's policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, its brand, name, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or dealings with any job or third party.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
